Initial Franchise Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of INR 7,00,000 (Seven Lakhs), payable upon signing. This amount covers the license to operate and initial setup support (negotiable per specific site conditions).
Monthly Royalty: A recurring fee of 4% of Gross Monthly Turnover, payable by the 5th of every following month.
Supply Costs: All proprietary Masale (dry powder form) must be purchased exclusively from the Franchisor, delivered via courier at the Franchisee’s expense.
Brand Identity: The Franchisor provides the official Majestic Mandi House Signage (Name Board). All interior décor and external branding must strictly follow the Franchisor’s Design Guidelines.
Technology: The outlet must exclusively use the TMB (TMBill) POS Software provided by the Franchisor for all billing, inventory, and sales reporting.
Standardized Menu: The Franchisee must strictly adhere to the approved menu and pricing; no unauthorized items may be served.
Chef-less Business Model: The outlet will operate on a standardized "Chef-less" system, utilizing pre-mixed spices and simplified cooking processes to ensure consistency and lower labor costs.
Staffing Support: The Franchisor provides guidelines for recruitment and training, ensuring staff are capable of managing the chef-less workflow.
Real-Time Assistance: Ongoing support is provided for staff issues, maintaining food quality, and troubleshooting the chef-less operational model.
Quarterly Audits: The Franchisor will conduct a mandatory physical site visit every three months during the first year to audit food quality, hygiene standards, and operational efficiency.
Inventory Management: The Franchisee must follow strict inventory and purchase protocols provided by the Franchisor to minimize waste and ensure ingredient freshness.
